I do have many friends, but am making this page about my closest friends.  I don't have many best friends, but cherish the ones I have.

I met a friend in Indiana through my oldest son about 5 years ago.  I wasn't to sure about her at first, but after getting to know her we began talking more, had lunch a few times, and shopped together.  Her name is Janelle, and she has turned out to be a wonderful friend. 

She was with me when I went through my divorce and has been with me through all the hard times I had struggling to make it.  She loves to go anywhere I have found out, and she will do just about anything for you.  That is very rare to find anymore.  I just hope I can some day return all the help she has done for me.

I don't have a photo of her or us together, but one of these days I will get one and post it here.

Here is my best friend from California, Kim. She and I have been friends for almost 20 years. It is nice to have a friend that you can talk to about anything. That is what friends are for. They will listen to each other and comfort in need. She and I have been through so much together. I don't know what I would have done without her. Thank you for being there, Kim.

This is when we all went to Great America in California. David, Kim, Cory, Chad, and Me. David is Kim's son. We all had a blast! Can you tell?

Here is Kim and her son, with Mark.  Mark is the one guy Kim has met who actually did stick around.  He married her!  Way to go this time Kim.

Kim and I took a cruise this summer of 2000. Something she and I have wanted to do for a long time.  Here is part of our picture on our formal night.
